After a pretty good start at the local Council meeting it seems several of our residents, including yours truely, have been making a lot of calls and here's some info from those calls and letters. For those not up to date on things everyone needs to be aware DOT has changed and rechanged plans on blocking access to Forest Oak from Lewisville-Clemmons Rd. Any move by DOT to place a median blocking that access will increase traffic on our residential streets, create major traffic problems on Knob Hill and potentially cause great harm to all of us by increasing response time by emergency vehicles.

First off EVERYBODY has got to keep calling DOT, the local Council and any State Representative you know personally and or Mr. McGee.  Please check out these recent letters:
